Vegetable Cheese Burger

vegetable Cheese Burger by Chef Ankit

A burger is a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat or vegetables, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. The patty may be shallow or deep-fried, grilled, smoked or flame-broiled. A burger topped with cheese is called a cheeseburger.

Most historians believe that Burger was invented by a cook who placed a Hamburg steak between two slices of bread in a small town in Texas, and others credit the founder of White Castle for developing the Hamburger Sandwich.

Burger got their name from Hamburg, Germany, where a cut of beef called the Hamburg steak that eventually evolved into what we now consider hamburgers. Hamburgers don’t contain ham, it is the place Hamburg in Germany where it was served.

I love the vegetable patty burgers because you have the freedom to use your choices of vegetables. Whether it may be a carrot, cauliflower, beans, green peas, spinach, tomato cucumber, and anything of your choices. Lots of nutrients and a blast of flavor…
