A quick, easy and tasty ragi ladoo made with four ingredients – ragi (finger millet), coconut , jaggery and ghee.

Ingredients

  1. Ragi flour / Nachni /Finger millet flour2 cups 
  2. Jaggery – 1 cups 
  3. Desi ghee2 tbsp
  4. Cardamom powdera pinch
  5. Coconut powder1/2 cup

Method

  1. Dry roast the ragi flour in a thick bottom pan, add ghee and keep stirring.
  2. Remove from heat, add cardamom powder and jaggery.  Mix well.
  3. Take a portion of the mixture and shape into ladoos.
  4. Coat the ladoo with coconut powder and serve.
  5. Also you can s tore ladoo in an airtight container.
