A quick, easy and tasty ragi ladoo made with four ingredients – ragi (finger millet), coconut , jaggery and ghee.
Ingredients
- Ragi flour / Nachni /Finger millet flour – 2 cups
- Jaggery – 1 cups
- Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – a pinch
- Coconut powder – 1/2 cup
Method
- Dry roast the ragi flour in a thick bottom pan, add ghee and keep stirring.
- Remove from heat, add cardamom powder and jaggery. Mix well.
- Take a portion of the mixture and shape into ladoos.
- Coat the ladoo with coconut powder and serve.
- Also you can s tore ladoo in an airtight container.
